Refund Policy

1. Return window
We offer a 14-calendar-day return window from the date of delivery. This applies to orders where the product arrives damaged or is not as described at the time of sale. This policy applies regardless of your location, including all Australian and New Zealand deliveries, and is consistent with the consumer right to return provisions under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (where applicable to cross-border orders).
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund: (a) you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order; (b) the product must have arrived damaged, defective, or materially different from its description; (c) you must provide your order reference number and a description or photo of the issue. We reserve the right to decline returns requested outside this window or for products that have been used without fault.
3. Non-returnable items
Opened food supplement sachets that have not been found to be damaged or defective are not eligible for return on the basis of change of mind, in accordance with Australian consumer law and food safety requirements.
4. Refund process
Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, or arrange a replacement shipment at our discretion. Return postage for damaged or defective items will be covered by Marlow Nutrition.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including your rights to a remedy for goods that are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
